What’s the main difference between Pro Plan and Basic Plan?
With Pro Plan, you purchase directly from MingSourcing’s supplier network, and MingSourcing guarantees product quality and compensates you in case of any quality issues.
With Basic Plan, you use your own supplier resources, and MingSourcing negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.
What’s your minimum order quantity?
For the Basic Plan, the service fee is 5% of the product value. If the total service fee is less than $100, we will still charge a minimum service fee of $100
Will you share the supplier information from the Pro Plan?
We can’t disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
How do you conduct quality inspections?
By default, we provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 standards, regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues.
